Our Leagues offer players the opportunity to learn and expand upon their knowledge of the game, develop their skills, learn the importance of good sportsmanship, learn the importance of teamwork, build confidence, form new friendships with their peers and stay active/healthy - all in a positive and fun enivroment!
Players have the opportunity to work with and learn from our Coaching Staff, who have decades of experience, love the game of basketball and are committed to teaching the game to our young players.
The Benefits of playing basketball Go Well Beyond the game!
Through team sports/competition, for instance, players learn how to problem-solve, they learn how to work well with others and they learn that hard work is required for progress/success - skills that are necessary both on and off the court!

The 3 on 3 league is an excellent way for players to use the game as a teacher. Concepts of passing and cutting and getting open are learned as a necessity for success on the court. Players have exponentially more touches of the ball than traditional 5 on 5 basketball and all are more pivotal to the outcome. Players also learn to move with and without the ball and also develop players basketball IQ. It is strongly encouraged that rep players of all clubs use this type of opportunity to continue to improve their game in the Off Season.
